🗓️ The Q4 advisor checklist

With Q4 coming up, it's worth a quick client touchpoint on a few moves.

Switching existing groups to myFlexplan

If you have groups that should move to myFlexplan, here's how easy it is to make the switch. All you need to do is:

  • Create the myFlexplan for the respective group
  • Email support@getmyhsa.com with the group details and let us handle the rest!

Plan change updates

Advisors can make all plan amount changes, increases, and other updates within the platform at any time.

  1. Go to the Clients tab
  2. Select the client you'd like to make changes for
  3. Go to their "Plans" tab
  4. Edit the plan to update the plan amount
  5. Click "Submit"
  6. Click "Effective Next Renewal"

Discuss WSA freeze options

Employers can pick a cut-off date for WSA claims to give payroll teams a necessary blackout period to record the taxable benefit correctly. Here's how to implement a WSA claim payout freeze over year-end for your clients.

Check upcoming renewals or balance carryovers

Make sure clients understand how allocations, carryovers, and any custom plan rules apply as the year flips over.

Download allocation & utilization reports

Our Advisor Reports Guide walks you through where to find the numbers you need when supporting renewal conversations or planning ahead with clients.

💬 Advisor spotlight

As we head into the later half of the year, we're highlighting an advisor who is putting the myHSA platform to work and bringing real value to her clients.

"myHSA is one of the best platforms - and teams of professionals - I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The platform is organized, efficient, and intuitive to use. Sage, the agent behind the chat function, is an invaluable resource, and our team relies on it for nearly all our spending account questions.

New client implementations are handled quickly and efficiently, with the perfect balance of self-service tools and hands-on support from the myHSA team. Not only are the technology and customer service top-notch, but the myHSA team is also incredibly flexible in supporting unique client needs.

In our experience, myHSA offers one of the strongest health spending account solutions available in the market today. A great example of this was their willingness to support a new Expedited Health product we introduced to several clients last year. myHSA adapted its platform to serve as a billing solution, helping us transform what had previously been a highly manual process into a more streamlined and digital experience. Their partnership enabled us to create a more efficient solution for both our team and our clients."
