myHSA Harsh Reviews — We love feedback! When we get feedback it means we can do our best to make things better, which is exactly what we did when we re re-designing our allocation window for myFlexplan users. We gathered some, shall we say, "harsh reviews" that we used to improve the employee allocation experience!

Wellness Spending Account Sample Items List Update

We have officially launched our new sample list of Wellness Spending Account eligible items! After a lot of research, consultations, and reviewing claims made to existing WSA plans, we are pleased to share our new sample list with you!

Click here to view our updated sample list of eligible WSA items

*this is a sample list only, eligible WSA items are decided on by each employer

WSA Reimbursement Freeze — With the WSA reimbursement freeze feature, employers can pick a cut-off date for WSA claims. During the freeze window if an employee submits a WSA claim, they will be notified that it will not be reimbursed to them until 2025 and be recorded as a taxable benefit in 2025. Employees can continue to submit claims as they normally do while also allowing payroll teams to have a necessary blackout period to record the taxable benefit correctly.

Secure Login with Authenticator To enhance security, myHSA will be implementing the use of an Authenticator app for all users. Adjudicators will be the first to adopt this new login method, as they have access to sensitive claim information.

Starting November 13, 2024, Advisors will have the option to enable Authenticator login.
