Getting the most out of your benefits with your health and wellness spending accounts is easy, but it does take a little preparation! We have a few simple tips on how to get the most out of your flexible benefits and take care of your health and wellness.

1. Understand Your Plan Know Your Coverage :

Familiarize yourself with your plan and what your spending account covers. You can find the list of eligible expenses for your plan on your dashboard on the myHSA app.

Track Your Balance : — Use our app to monitor your balance to avoid overspending and ensure you have funds available for necessary expenses.

2. Plan Your Expenses Budget for Regular Expenses :

Allocate funds for ongoing and anticipated health needs like prescriptions and dental care.

Save for Emergencies : — Reserving a portion of your funds for unexpected medical expenses can give you peace of mind, ensuring you won't have to pay out of pocket for emergencies.

3. Take Advantage of Preventive Care Routine Check-Ups : Use your spending account to cover preventive services such as physiotherapy, dental cleanings, and chiropractic care. Preventative care can help your health and finances in the long run!

4. Leverage the Non-Taxable Benefits Non-Taxable Reimbursements :
