📋 Before you log off for the holidays…
Here’s a quick year-end checklist to help you and your clients start January feeling organized:
Switching existing groups to myFlexplan before January
All you need to do is:
Create the myFlexplan for the respective group
Email support@getmyhsa.com with the group details and let us handle the rest!
Plan change updates
Advisors can make all plan amount changes, increases and other updates within the platform at any time. For plan amount changes to take effect January 1:
Go to the Clients Tab
Select the client you would like to make changes for
Go to their "Plans" tab
Edit the plan to update the plan amount
Click "Submit"
Click "Effective Next Renewal"
Review your client opportunities
If premium increases are creating friction in renewal conversations, consider suggesting dental, vision, or paramedical carve-outs through HSAs to help control costs without reducing support for employees.
Discuss WSA freeze options
Employers can pick a cut-off date for WSA claims to give payroll teams a necessary blackout period to record the taxable benefit correctly.
Check upcoming renewals or balance carryovers
Make sure clients understand how allocations, carryovers, and any custom plan rules apply as the year flips over.

Review the Advisor Deposit Report
Looking for your year-end earnings statement from myHSA? myHSA will settle all outstanding advisor payments for 2025 on the first Friday of 2026. Once that deposit is made you can pull a 2025 Advisor Deposit Report as your backup for tax reporting.
